The Rose CSA
May 24 - November 29
The legacy of the Schenkel family rose farm still lives today at Lynchburg Grows. We have devoted one of our historic greenhouses solely to maintaining rose bushes that were alive when Lynchburg Grows took over the property in 2004.
Thanks to the tireless work of staff and volunteers, these bushes produce hundreds of roses each year, with a huge variety of colors and aromas. Some of them were developed and patented by the Schenkels right here on the farm.
Our Rose CSA (Community Supported Agriculture Program) runs for 28 weeks, from May through November. Members pay $10 per week for a bouquet of roses, which they pick up every Wednesday between 11am and 6pm. The Rose CSA is currently full, but please check back later in the season, as we will update this page should spots become available. Thank You!
