Greenhouse 7 (Aquaponics)
The centerpiece of our current capital campaign, Greenhouse 7 is currently being rehabbed and converted into a place where the art of aquaponic food production will thrive. A variation on hydroponic food production, aquaponic systems use fish and their waste to provide vital plant nutrients on the most-basic of organic scales. As part of the rehab, classroom space for teaching about aquaponics is also being carved.
